SLJ Board Member David Siegel Serves on BBA Task Force

In December of 2009, the Boston Bar Association published Getting It Right: Improving the Accuracy and Reliability

of the Criminal Justice System in Massachusetts.  A task force of twenty experts, including SLJ Board Member

David Siegel and former Co-Chair Randy Gioia, collaborated for more than a year to produce the report. The group's

recommendations focus on preventing wrongful convictions through improved identification procedures, attorney
