The House and Senate late yesterday evening sent to the Governor the Fiscal Year 2007 Deficiency Budget which contains the $19,962,716 that is necessary to fully compensate attorneys for work done in Fiscal Year 2007.  The Governor now has up to 10 days to review the legislation and sign it into law.  The administration is aware of our critical need for the funds and we anticipate no problems.  Processing of bills will begin immediately after the bill has been signed into law and funds have been loaded into the CPCS account.
