Funds from the FY'07 deficiency budget, signed into law last week by Governor Patrick, have been loaded into the CPCS account and are now available. Today CPCS paid 1,257 attorneys $5,241,825.02 for FY 2007 bills received in the first week of July, 2007 and will be paying the remainder of the FY'07 bills through the end of the week. We expect to have all outstanding bills ready to be paid (that were submitted in good order) to the Comptroller by Friday afternoon.
